Payment Info

DEPOSITS:

Peak breaks, such as Half Terms, Summer, Bank-Holidays, Christmas Etc - Are to be secured with a £75 non refundable deposit amount. 

Tots breaks, Term Time Breaks, Other Breaks, are to be secured with a £50 non refundable deposit amount. 

Adult Weekends, because of the nature of these weekends, these are to be secured with your deposit amount, alongside a £150 security damage bond. This is then returned to you once the caravan has been checked over and cleaned. 

PAYMENT DETAILS:

We ask that you pay your deposit amount of your chosen break within  24 hours of your inquiry and if you chosen to go ahead with placing a holiday, as this secures your holiday and then isn't given to the next person who has also made the same inquiry for the same break. 

Once that has been done, 6 weeks later I then require a £100 payment,  deducted from your total balance/amount. Once that has been made, 8 weeks prior to your travel date, the rest of the balance is then required. In terms of when your holiday date is, if you've chosen a date that's been discounted you may be required to pay the full balance, if a date is a last minute break that say, for example is a months ahead of time, you may also be required to pay for your holiday in full. If you find yourself in a position where you need to cancel your holiday, i would need a least 6-8 weeks notice, upon you finding yourself in that position so I have enough allocated time to refund any monies you have already paid to your break. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

We prefer a Bank Transfer, However we're fair to which way you'd prefer, or what is easier for you and for us. Paypal or Online Banking Transfer etc. 

PAYMENT PLANS/LOW PAYMENT PLANS. 

If you'd so wish to use this option, that is absolutely fine for us. Whatever you need to make your holiday more of an enjoyment one, even if that includes using this option. We're more than happy to oblige. We can come up with a payment plan that is affordable for you. Just ask for this option and we can discuss this. 

ADDITIONAL PASSES. 

Passes are a requirement as per Butlins rules, in terms of accessing the camp as well as using the entertainment venues. We tend to include 4 passes per family, such as 2 children's passes and 2 adult passes. Although, we have personally found those families who have already chosen to book with us, have asked for a price to include all passes for their family members attending the break, so we're more than happy to do that, if you so wish, so you don't have to pay any extras for your holiday, if you'd like to purchase extra passes alongside your holiday, these range from £22 per child - £45 per adult, depending on your break and it's season, please inquire if you require more information.
